Our sausages are made using quality, fresh (never frozen) British meats, in the range of 74-80% meat content. Though based on traditional South African recipes, our seasonings are bespoke and unique. To this we add FRESH herbs (coriander, mint, tarragon etc.) according to the meat variety in use. Our product is therefore of premium quality, succulent and very tasty.
